Molly

This is our dog Molly. She was named after Molly weasley from Harry potter. She is six years old. She loves to dig a hole and sit in it to keep cool. No matter what we do she digs her little hole and sits.
We have tried everything but she prefers to dig and sit.
She is is very lucky we love her.
Can you see the news she has made, but she doesn't care. Look at her smiling for the camera!
She knows she's cute and gets away with murder lol

  1. G'day Angela. First visit to your blog. I was told about it from Cathy at Still Waters. She said you accompany a friend to her chemo sessions and she thought it may be the same hospital I go to. By your photo's it's not. I go to Royal Melbourne . I was diagnosed with aggressive breast cancer 11 months ago. The saying around the top of the wall in your pic is great. The oncology ward at RMH have a plaque and it says "What cancer cannot do" cancer is so limited. It cannot cripple love. It cannot shatter hope. It cannot dissolve faith. It cannot destroy peace. It cannot kill friendship. It cannot suppress memories. It cannot silence courage. It cannot invade the soul. It cannot steal eternal life. It cannot conquer the spirit. I wish your friend well on her journey through this time in her life and I look forward to reading your blog.Take care. Liz...

  2. She looks a bit like my plant digger, Jill! Some dogs just just like to get their hands (and bottoms) in the dirt. ;-)

  3. Hello Angela
See Liz came over to say hello - like Leanne she's got spirit!
Magpies and other birds do the same as Molly - I've watched the lie on their stomachs wings outstretched on dry dust after they've scratched around to 'fluff it up a bit'. Must be cool for them - not always in the shade either.

  5. She is cute. Ruby our inherited Staffy is a destructo machine, she digs huge holes in my garden. Then I fill them up with water and on the hot days my chooks shelter in them and stay cool.
