Can't help myself

I went into the reject shop and found cheap acrylic yarn. I had been in Pinterest and found s knitting project I liked and though wow this would be perfect. So I got me some lol
With the yarn I purchased and raiding my stash a new project began. 
It will eventually become a blanket. Perfect for keeping in the van. It will be a long term thing and I can knit when my wrist hurts from too much crocheting 
It's really easy and each bit is quick to knit up. 
Only two more sleeps till we leave for our cruise. This will keep me occupied until then

    Gill you pick up stitches from both sides and knit your square as normal. Cathy. Going with hubby and another couple. We fly to Sydney get on the ship and sail to Brisbane Airly beach Darwin Bali two ports in Vietnam and ten to Singapore. We're after a couple of day we fly home. I'll hopefully will be able to keep you updated while I'm in Australia xx

    Angela you will really enjoy that particular cruise - it's very similar to the one we took in November a couple of years ago. Lots of sea days lounging around in the warm weather and enjoying life onboard. BTW if you need it there is free wifi in the Smith Street mall in Darwin.
