A lovely day

Today the weather is sunny with a wonderful cool breeze
It’s perfect for drying the linen!
Nothing better in my book. Fresh sheets straight off the clothes line
You can smell the sunshine
It’s days like today that make you happy and thankful
I do hope it continues
How’s the weather at your place?
See ya xx

  1. Looks like a perfect day! Love the fresh sheet smell.
We are expecting a little snow, but around here that's always iffy. ;)

    1. A little snow I great. Too much. Not so great.
Yes fresh sheets are the best. I always say. If I was a million air. I’d hire someone to make sure everyday I have fresh, dried in the outdoors sheets on my bed. Lol
Yeah I know. I need to dream bigger lol

    2. I read somewhere a while ago the Oprah does just that. Has her housekeeper make up her bed with fresh linen every day. Doubt if it's dried out in the open though!

    1. I would never laugh. I don’t like the heat. Maybe that’s why I loved New Zealand so much xx

    2. We went to NZ one January to escape the heat in Queensland. Well it turned hot there didn't it and we discovered that the motel rooms didn't have cooling, just heating. And I saw a news report while we were there that said the bitumen on some road had started to melt! 😮

  4. Cold here, as expected. We did get just enough sunshine and wind the other day to dry a few washing loads.
Hope you get some more balmy days! Not too hot for a start

  5. Love the smell of line dried sheets too! The weather here is more pleasant this week after heatwave conditions up until last Sunday. But not the 40 plus temperatures some of the states were having but I guess here it's the humidity that gets us whining! Lol

  6. Another lover of freshly dried from the line sheets.

The ones I took off earlier are twirling around in the machine at the moment. Thinking I might just leave off making the bed up until later and put them back on again.

Yesterday was a good day wasn't it - hoping it doesn't get too too warm today.
