Weather

Our weather has always been hit or miss. Melbourne is actually known for having all four seasons in one day!

but, even we are flummoxed by our weather patterns lately.

we had that one nice day, then followed but rain and hail.

Monday was nice but since it’s back to winter

anyone with chronic pain will tell you that this is a recipe for disaster on our poor bodies

yesterday after scrubbing the bathroom my upper back spasmed and my neck and shoulder just froze

thankfully after rubbing anti inflammatory creams and a cocktail of pain meds I was able to finally fall asleep

it’s much improved today but still very tender I had an appointment scheduled with the doctor today . Hopefully she can give me something to take to help with the pain and allow me to sleep

hubby was able to get me in to see my ouchie torturer, masseuse, tomorrow and she will release any pinched nerves and relax the muscles

Ive not had to go and see her for months that’s how well I’ve been coping with the pain Yesterday was almost like it used to be all the time maybe it’s just the universe reminding me how far I’ve come

anyway, the garden is definitely waking up. We have blooms

And we also have food crops starting to take off

asparagus, mulberries and strawberries

with a bit of luck, and some help from Mother Nature, we may be able to start harvesting soon

I hope your having more settled weather patterns than we are

maybe Mother Nature need some HRT

at this point I’m sure it could only help

  2. The weather today has been frightful hasn’t it. Cold wet and windy here in Kilsyth… heating on, haven’t moved out of my chair all day.
Sorry to hear you’re still ‘suffering’ - hopefully your ‘ouchy lady’ plus GP will be able to help you get back onto an even keel. Saturday and Sunday are supposedly going to be in the 20s, with a bit of luck you’ll be able to enjoy them.
