ana loves being able to get here craft supplies on her own it’s kinda hard getting it from the cupboard so I decided she needed a box to keep it all in
I say all, but, there is a good supply of craft paraphernalia and as little children do is always pull out a brand new square of coloured paper to use
I’ve put in all the things that she has already use and will top up as needed
when my children were small we went camping quite regularly
when it was raining, or they said they were bored, I would pull out the craft box this kept them entertained for hours
meanwhile the supermarket, woollies, had another set of something useless to collect I don’t shop at woollies there are two coles stores nearer to me so I didn’t even start to collect them
when comes have their version of collectables I give them all to my Christmas fairy
she collects them all and sort them into groups she has three grandchildren living near her so had to hand three sets I only need one the two older girls share, thankfully
not having added to “ the stash “ I didn’t expect to receive a finished set
beautiful Diane asked if I would like one and made me a set she even bought the book to put them all in
the Girls will be thrilled
for those wondering what the rock paint we’re here is the box
you can see the they work on practically anything
they are now living in the craft box, along with the craft mat.
I’m sure Ana will be very excited to be able to just grab it and go
I wouldn't mind coming to play at your house, too.
ReplyDeleteI like your remark about something useless to collect. Some kid in UK started a campaign to stop small plastic junk toys being handed out by fast food chains. I don't recall where he got them but he had a 'train' of bike trailers loaded up with thousands of these things and went to the headquarters of one major contributor to this waste only to be turned away at the door. It was however filmed and on local TV news so it didn't go well for the fast food chain. (I think he got the waste toys from the sewage works where they have to strain such junk out of the treatment plant.)
ReplyDeleteThey market it now as not being plastic. There little metal disc’s and cards. Apparently it’s supposed to be so much better.
DeleteIt’s not really, but most people fall for it I guess
A craft box -- how delightful! That would keep me entertained for hours too, LOL.
ReplyDeleteYou know your little darlings so well. Ana will be delighted to have a box of her own to dive into. What excitement when you have such a loving Grandma
