I visited Leanne yesterday and considering she had such a huge op she was looking well. The great news she does not neet a colostomy bag! Yeah!!!!!!
they were able to remove the tumour and re attach the bowell. Unfortunately while removing the second tomour they had to take her spleen and a small part of her pancreas, but we knew the spleen might have to go so she had shots in prep for this.
They are moving her to bentleigh east today so she will know more of the staff there, which is great.
Unfortunately we have spent so much time there that even the security staff know us.
So thats all, now with the tomours gone she is cancer free, so hopefully the next course of treatment is able to keep her that way, for a very, very long time.
About 80 years would be great!
see ya
Ps the house is very lonely without sabastian.
Very great news, I'll bet everyone is happy.
ReplyDeleteSorry for your emptiness w/o Sabastian ))HUGS((
Thank you so much. You leave a comment and brighten my whole day. These are great news!!! It must be really hard without your fur buddy! recently i had a scare with my dog. We got her neutered and she almost died! And a little before that my cat had some problems that would n't go away and it fricked us out. But they bring so much joy into our home! Do you have any other pets?

ReplyDeleteThat sounds like quite a surgery. Glad all is well and hello - no colostomy bag is awesome news!
ReplyDeleteSo sorry to hear about your cat. I'm a cat person myself (I have 4 right now) and I know how hard it is to lose a special fur friend.
