Every day they get fresh home grown organic greens. Currently parsley. They love it
And once a week they get a hard boiled fresh from the chicken organic egg.
And they have rewarded me but hatching a chick!
Very excited. Let's hope it lives and grows

DeleteYears ago we had budgies - built a huge aviary thing. Came home one day to find them all gone - one of us didn't close the door properly. Never even thought to build in a 'double door' so they couldn't escape. Nobody forgave me for years after.
