ReplyDeleteI love swedes. In winter I boil up 1 chopped swede, 2 carrots and 1 parsnip, add a bit of butter and salt and pepper and it makes a great way to have 3 veg with whatever protein you cook.

DeleteI was watching Jamie Oliver cooking swede just this morning and was thinking how much I loved it. Haven't had swede in many years. I don't know why it's not grown here. We have local potatoes. Swede with butter and pepper. Yum
