Hubby was a hunny and took me to the nearby mountains and we had a play in the snow.
The arctic blast promised snow down to 300 meters. But we didn't get any where we live. So we had to to where the snow falls and boy was it falling
We were like little kids lol
It was so nice to just get away from it all for a few hours and forget about everyone and everything.
Hope the weather is nice where You are
Keep warm!! Your photos are awesome, but I bet the cats were glad when you got home and popped the heaters on. It is 10 deg here, windy and wet.ReplyDelete

Amazing that you can get such low temps. My brother in Perth says it is 3o at night. fantastic photos. What a great day playing in the snow!ReplyDelete
I'm glad you were able to enjoy the snow while you had a chance. It's nice to revert to childhood play once in a while! Neat pictures!ReplyDelete
Mountains? I didn't know you had mountains.ReplyDelete
I guess I just showed my ignorance: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_mountains_in_AustraliaReplyDelete
I guess we promote the outback so much everyone thinks that's the whole of Australia.Delete
Looks so much fun! Whereabouts did you go?ReplyDelete
PS The first time I ever saw snow was at Mt Donna Baurang...not sure of spelling.Delete
That's where we were Maria. My Donna BuangDelete
The last two posts were wonderful! Really delightful! Watching such extreme weather conditions while melting from the heat has a weird effect. Almost cooling! I am not complaining though. I am a Summer child. But we are in the middle of a heat wave and people are feeling quite bad. I am lucky that I am tolerant. But I would really love to throw a snowball it has beenso many years! Lots and lots of love dear sweet Angela!ReplyDelete
