Prep week

Only four more sleeps till we set sail. But until then I had to use up all the veggies in the fridge. It doesn't help the garden is still producing lol
So with a few purchases and the things I have I got to cooking. This turned into chow min
A huge pot of ratatouille 
And roast lamb and veggies in the slow cooker. We will have roast for two days and I'll freeze the others for later on
Done three containers of each. And no wastage of vegetables. 
Now to pull the suitcases out and start the packing
