Here it is cooking away. Boy did it smell good. I've never made this before so I was unsure of how I would go. I used my electric wok and I'm very happy as to how it went. I was able to adjust the heating and as its a nonstick it was very easy to clean
Here are the jars. It turned into the deepest purple. And I did a taste test and yup it's very delishes.

Hubby approved as well. So now to let them cool and seal and I'll put them away for use on sandwiches, cold meats, burgers or what ever you want really.

Tomorrow I will do pickled Beetroot as I still have quite a few in the garden.
The green leaves have been cooked and will be eaten as a salad. So no waste
