Zucchini pickles


Due to popular demand. Here is the recipe I used. 
I just did a search on Pinterest. There are lots of different ones. 




Sorry the pics came out in the wrong order. But you get the idea. 
They really did turn out lovely. But a tad sweet so I would cut the sugar out by half a cup  I think 
And I’d add a little bit more cornflour as it’s still a little bit runny.  
Other than that. I’d make it again.

  2. My zucchinis are in the freezer waiting to be turned into soup. I have never tried pickling anything.
