Just keep moving.

I've been keeping busy trying to keep active and eating right. I've now dropped five kilos and I'm a third of the way to my target weight. 
My Fitbit tells me my heart rate so I'm making sure I don't over do. I don't want a crash. 
Tomorrow we leave for our four days in Hobart and I can't wait. I'll be able to keep my activity level going and that will be a good thing

  2. Oh yes it is. I log what I eat and I can see how many steps I've taken, calories I've burnt. And if I eat something not great for me, which I other day, I then know I have to do extra steps. Which I did and it was all ok. I'm loving it

  3. Have a great time in Hobart! My neighbour is holidaying there at the moment and her postcard to us said it was cold...which she is loving! Well done with the exercise and watching what you eat. I bet you're feeling wonderfully proud of what you've achieved so far! xx
