Rain


It’s a rainy day today. 
The change in weather was felt in my body and pain levels. 

I’ll be home, going slow and being gentle with my self. 




At least all this rain is great for the garden

    And didn’t it rain….all day long. Until about 3pm then the sun came out. Hopefully you don’t ache tomorrow because it might be wet again. Your blanket is coming along very nicely
