Today my little ballerinas had their end of year concert.
They are growing way too fast
They looked adorable in their costumes
And both reminded me of their mamma many times during the dances
Bring back so many memories
And of course, all ballerinas need flowers at the end of the performance
Luckily grandma has lots of blooms in her back yard.
Tomorrow they have their cheerleading concert.
Tomorrow they have their cheerleading concert.
I’ll have to pick more flowers I think
Oh my - how old are they now? Love the flowers for them out of your garden
ReplyDeleteFour and six. Soon they’ll be old enough to drive the way things are going. Angela
DeleteThe flowers from your garden are a lovely thought. Where do they go to dance?
ReplyDeleteNot sure where classes are but concert was in Hallam
ReplyDeleteThose costumes are way more colourful and intersting than the white (cream), dusty pink I reccall from youth. I never did ballet but my friends zll seemed to have tutus. Xxx
ReplyDeleteLots of colour and so adorable
DeleteHow pretty they are in those colourful costumes. They certainly have grown quickly it seems.
ReplyDeleteThe joys of being a Yiayia!! The flowers are such a wonderful touch. Bravo to you all
So much easier being yiayia than the mummy. Especially as when my daughter danced I had to sew all the costumes. And she used to have at least eight different ones a year!
DeleteCute tutus! And what beautiful bouquets you made!
ReplyDeleteThank you. They were made with love
DeleteSo nice to present the ballet ladies with flowers!
ReplyDeleteTradition must be observed
