Scan day

This morning I had to be at Frankston hospital before 7.30am for the scan with the dye

It took ages for my heart rate to come down, even after they gave me a tablet to get it to slow down

Needles and doctors make my heart race
But eventually it all worked and I had the scan without any issues and was sent home with orders to not do anything

So I spent the afternoon sewing the binding on the baby quilt

It’s now all done and wait is for great grandma to pick it up when she’s next down from Queensland

She will then take it with her to the States when she visits

I hope the new mamma will like it

If there is an issue with the scans, they will let my GP know
So now we wait

  1. Well at least you had a nice day for it - seriously I hope all is well and the results are able to pinpoint the cause of the problem.

  3. No wonder your heart was racing!
    Fingers crossed you hear nothing.
The quilt is lovely. I love hand sewing binding on to quilts.

    1. It is very relaxing. I don’t mind doing it at all.

  4. I like that your version of doing nothing is to work on a quilt binding. Sounds like something to me. I hope the scan yields useful info, and you can get a plan of action.

    1. I can’t just sit and watch the telly. That’s too boring. Lol
