Garden tour

The potatoes are growing really well. Definitely won’t be using the grow bags for them ever again

The strawberries are coming alive with lots of flowers and babies

The beetroot was cleared of all weeds and the bigger ones eaten. There were a few clumps of seedling sized ones so we separated them and replanted

They are growing nicely

More yellow irises and new growth on the citrus trees

Even more bulbs coming through peonies and dalias

The azaleas have new growth as well.  Looks like they’re happy in their new pots

Hubby finished weeding this garden bed and added mulch looks so much better now

The back yard is now up to date.

A few of the wicking beds need to be topped up and spring planting can commence

I’ve got some seedlings that are ready to be transplanted.

I’ll try to get that done over the next week

I did swim today. Did a quick shop after coffee with the girls and have prepped dinner

Now to rest and do some crafting

I’ll see what takes my fancy

Enjoy your Monday

  2. You will have a fine crop. I wonder if it will be too late to plant spuds in the new rental.

    1. It is a big yard. And we have all the front as well. It was fine when we were younger. But we are getting on now. Who knows how long we can continue

  4. I'm slowly getting our garden ready for a few winter plants, lettuce, rocket, broccoli and cauliflower. I hope we get a small percentage of your harvest. But you both work hard in your garden. Well done

    1. I’m sure you’ll get a lovely harvest especially since your only feeding two. Mostly
Winter gardens are great as you don’t have to water as a often good luck
